Creativity is in my blood. I have been drawing and coloring for as long as I can remember. Somewhere along the way, I lost my passion for my pens and pencils and dove head first into graphic design and printing. Today, I find my creative outlet in group crafting sessions and cake decorating, but hope to make it back to my first love real soon.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked in the print industry, specifically in labels and manufacturing. One of the main skills this industry has taught me is problem-solving. No two days are alike and your workflow is dependent on someone else’s schedule. I am no stranger to tight deadlines, multi-tasking, or switching gears at a moment’s notice.
Through the course of these 10 years, I have been fortunate to lead a team through the development of a thriving digital printing program, travel to multiple facilities to learn best practices, manage automated workflows, work alongside customer service to create compelling solutions for labeling manufacturing, onboard client projects, and so much more.
I am looking to take these life experiences from labels and packaging and extend them into the marketing arena. I have a passion for creative problem solving and am not afraid to get my hands dirty and figure things out.
Outside of my 9 to 5, you can find me working on freelance projects for a local spa product company, working with Sassy Carmen to grow their childhood cancer foundation, or running a side hustle cake decorating business with my mom. Don’t worry, I do get down time! I love watching The Office or listening to The Office Ladies Podcast, and hanging with my hubby and fur baby .
